• Extract structured data from websites
• Store and sync scrapers across devices
• Export scraped data in CSV format

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use and User Responsibility

You must ensure your use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, website terms of service, robots.txt files, and third-party rights. We provide a tool only—you control how it is used and bear all legal and financial responsibility for your actions.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan

The Free plan includes limited usage as specified on our pricing page. We may modify free plan limits at any time.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan is a paid subscription billed monthly. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
• No refunds for partial months or unused features
• Price changes with 30 days notice

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Usage Limits

Usage limits vary by plan. We reserve the right to:

• Enforce usage limits to ensure fair access for all users
• Throttle or suspend accounts that exceed reasonable usage
• Modify usage limits with reasonable notice

7. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

No Liability for Scraping Activities

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE TO SCRAPE WEBSITES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Legal action, lawsuits, or claims brought against you by website owners, third parties, or government entities
• Violations of terms of service, copyright laws, data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA), or computer fraud laws (including CFAA)
• Account bans, IP blocks, cease and desist letters, or other actions taken by websites you scrape
• Damages, fines, penalties, legal fees, or settlement costs resulting from your scraping activities
• Loss of data, business opportunities, reputation, or revenue
• Inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or corrupted scraped data
• Technical issues, website changes, or scraper failures
• Any harm to your computer systems, networks, or data

General Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REPUTATION, OR GOODWILL, WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims related to the Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Web Scraper, its owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Your scraping activities, including any data you collect, websites you access, or scripts you generate
• Any claims by website owners, data subjects, or third parties related to your scraping
• Any breach of terms of service, copyright infringement, data protection violations, or unauthorized access claims
• Any content you submit, store, or transmit through the Service
• Your negligence, willful misconduct, or fraudulent activities

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Excessive or abusive usage
• Non-payment of fees
• Any reason with or without notice

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the dashboard. Upon termination, your access to the Service and stored data will be removed.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

14. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Web Scraper
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction
